Posted on: 5/17/2010  -  Viewed 50 times Category: ... 5000 45's - $500.00 My wife and I ran a major portable DJ company in Toronto, Ottawa and then Pembroke area from the 60's to mid 80's and we collected 45's throughout Canada and the US over the years, as a hobby and for our business. We had numerous DJ's working with us (we supplied all the equipment) and started out with 45's and then switched them to cassette's but we always kept the master 45's. We always took very good care of our records, including purchasing special sleeves (we still have a couple thousand extra ones) to keep them from getting scratched as the original sleeves 45's come in, were always very flimsy and didn't stand up. Included is a special wooden rack with storage boxes and wheels built to hold them. The whole works is available for sale for $500. I would like them to go to a 'good home' as there were many hours spent collecting them. The selection is mainly 'danceable' rock and country and we attempted to cater to all age groups.
